They’re 11 now, and it’s been an incredible experience watching them these past four years grow their skills, develop a love and appreciation for all types of music, and have the opportunity and confidence to perform at numerous recitals and various events... all as a result of Steve’s style of teaching, patience, and infectious passion for music. I can’t recommend him enough to any parent looking for a guitar instructor who is great with children!”

He doesn’t put pressure yet able to listen and motivate my kids without pressure. We have multiple recitals throughout the year and it’s so fun to watch.”

“My kids take piano and guitar lessons with Aaron, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Aaron is so patient, and does a great job teaching them musical theory and foundation, while also helping them learn songs of their choosing that they are already familiar with. This combo has made learning music fun for my kids. Recitals are laid back, with everyone showing SO much encouragement to each and every student, no matter their skill level.
The office is also always quick to respond to emails and work with our ever changing schedule requests, which is a huge plus!”

“My daughter has been taking ukulele lessons here for close to 6 months and she absolutely loves it! Her instructor is so patient and encouraging. He consistently introduces new techniques and helps her grow her skills without overwhelming her. He definitely makes it fun. There is a recital in November, and we are looking forward watching my daughter perform. The office team is fantastic to work with as well. They are very organized and responsive if you have questions or need to make a schedule adjustment.”

“My daughter started taking guitar lessons about 1.5 years ago - just before she turned 8. She takes lessons with Steve and we have had such a great experience! Steve is great at blending theory with fun songs as well as letting her experience different genres of music. We recently discovered she loves blues music! From the very first lesson kids learn well-known songs that they will enjoy playing.

My son (age 10) started taking piano lessons from Aaron about 6 months ago and we have been amazed at the progress he has made in such a short time. He loves it and Aaron is also great at blending theory with fun songs as well as different genres. I took piano for over 12 years and my son is learning things that I never learned!

My daughter is participating in the Praise and Worship Rock Shop where we have gotten to meet another teacher - Makenna. Every teacher we have come into contact with has been great with the kids and makes learning music fun. We highly recommend Guitar Lessons Wylie Texas!”
